iHeartRadio Social Star Award Nominee xYego
On March 5th, 2017, iHeartRadio will host its iHeartRadio Music Awards for the fourth consecutive year to celebrate the most popular music and artists of the past year among their listeners. The awards show incorporates fan voting in several categories, and this year they’ve extended their categories to recognize online social networking community celebs.
The iHeart team contacted us recently to inform us that they have selected our very own Diego Montana (xYego) to be in the running for their new Social Star award, competing with selected personalities from other platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and more. We are thrilled for Diego and this huge, well deserved opportunity!
Diego has been on Smule for 4 years where he has amassed over 53,000 collab and solo performances, a slew of originals, and even his own album artwork creations. Above all, he has been a part of many Smule families and communities, supporting and encouraging fellow community members. You might remember his Smule Studio video or simply recognize his unique style.
We’d love to see Diego win the 2017 iHeartRadio Social Star Award and represent our Smule community. YOU can get out the vote and help get him there! Vote on the iHeartRadio website or on social media – or sing your vote the unique Smule way by joining his collab and sharing it on socials!
