VIPs, Keep the Duet Magic Going — Now With Coins

You know the feeling—you’ve just dropped another fire performance, and your duet partner might need a little more time to join in. Or maybe there’s a group performance you’re not quite ready to let go of yet. We know how important it is to keep your collabs going when inspiration hits. That’s why we’ve added more flexibility to keep the music moving. VIPs can now use coins to extend or reactivate duet invites after reaching your weekly limit. So when the moment calls for an encore, you have the option to keep the harmony alive.
What You Still Get as a VIP
Your VIP subscription still includes:
– 3 free reactivations per week (7-day rolling window)
– 3 free extensions per invite
What’s New
After you’ve used your weekly VIP limit, you’ll now see an option to use coins:
– Spend coins to reactivate or extend an invite
– Duets are extended for 7 days
– Group recordings get 14 days
This update gives you more flexibility and more chances to create unforgettable moments. You’re in control of your creative flow, while helping keep the community vibrant and balanced. Just make sure you’re on app version 13.7.3 (iOS) or 12.5.7 (Android) or higher and you’re good to go!
How It Works
1.Go to the Now Playing screen of your invite
2. Tap the menu icon (the three dots) in the top right
3. Select Edit
4. Use your free VIP extensions/reactivations first
5. Once those are used, a coin icon will appear next to the option to extend or reactivate
5. Tap it, confirm with coins, and your invite is back in action
Need more coins? You can top up right from that screen. Once confirmed, your invite renews instantly. Time to cue the opening applause.
