Testing Potential VIP Feature

A big thank you to our amazing community for participating in our recent test phase. Your quick feedback has been invaluable. We’ve concluded this round of testing and are actively working to address the issues and implement necessary fixes based on your input. Our team is focused on resolving the audio delays, as well the issue with the cover photos.
We aim to rerun this test in the coming weeks with the updates in place. We’re committed to testing and refining our product to ensure the best possible experience for our community. This week, you may have heard about a new feature that some members in the Smule community are seeing, that allows VIP users to transform their favorite joins into joinable invites. Our goal with this test is to better understand how the technology functions in a live environment, while also considering user feedback and behavior before we determine next steps. Please note that this test feature is available to a limited number of users, which is why you may not see it.
For those who do have access to this feature, we appreciate you sharing feedback about the latency issues you’ve encountered. Since this is a test, it’s normal to have a few kinks that need to be ironed out. Our team is actively investigating these concerns and working on a fix. If this feature is made available to all users, we’ll be sure to address and resolve these issues.
