We’re thrilled to share some important updates to our Profile Stats feature – interactive changes designed with your feedback in mind! With the updated Profile Stats, you’ll gain access to new insights that will help you understand your achievements and connect with your audience more effectively.
Curious which of your recordings resonate most with your audience? Or who has followed you in the last 7, 30, or 90 days? Now you can find out! Our latest updates focus on the three most requested statistics: a detailed list of your followers, your top 10 joiners, and your top 10 most liked recordings. Now, VIP subscribers using Android and iOS can enjoy these new updates.
Here’s how these new insights work:
Click on ‘New Followers’: Easily view a detailed list of your latest followers. This allows you to connect with and follow your fans, thank them for their support, and even discover new talent within your follower base!
Click on ‘Joiners’: Access to a list of your top 10 recording stars! This feature highlights the users who frequently join your performances, helping you keep track of your musical partnerships. Who knows, you might even plan future collaborations together!
Click on ‘Loves Received’: See a list of your best-loved performances, giving you insights into what your fans enjoy most. Use this information to inspire your next performance!
We listened to the community’s feedback regarding profile viewer visibility, and in response, we’ve updated the feature to provide actionable data, such as the number of viewers, while respecting privacy by not revealing individual identities. Now, at the bottom of Profile Stats, you’ll find a new section called ‘Profile Viewers’, that replaces the previous profile views tab, keeping all your insights on one page. The new profile viewers counter shows the total number of unique viewers who have checked out your profile.
By refining Profile Stats, we’re empowering you to make informed decisions about your content. Whether you choose to focus on growth and engagement or you want to gauge what content your audience enjoys, these updates give you insights to do just that.
